As we reported in early May, we put Knox'd in the trusting hands of WebFaction, a Django friendly host. Just when we thought we had shook the beta bugs off they came back. Sort of.
This weekend The Planet - WebFactions' reseller - experienced a minor fire in their Houston data center requiring them to take down all of the generators on site. Since the crash, they and WebFaction have been working hard to get the servers that house Knox'd back up.
As of today everything appears to be working as normal on the site. If you experience any difficulties in navigating Knox'd, please drop us a line.
Thanks for your patience.

I would also add that I am impressed with the level of communications from The Planet about the outage. Their forum post, linked in the blog entry above, contains a lot of detail on what went wrong, and how they're resolving it.
